In response to feedback from the original PanGeo website, we've updated the look and feel of the website, as well as adding some new content. If you have any comments please contact the Project coordinator.
Rome is our first Local Authority to take on board PanGeo and promote us on their website! A big thank you goes to Guido Peroni of SIRS who made this possible. We are looking forward to other Local Authorities following in Rome’s footsteps. Please keep us informed if you are aware that your local authority would be happy to do this. See this website for more details.
6 months into the project, the PanGeo website has now gone live (as you can see!). Even though the Portal that will eventually provide the PanGeo service is not yet ready (due during 2012), it is hoped that the current site will stimulate interest and provide a useful resource.
The PanGeo project will be conducting a first partner-only training day at the 2nd World Landslide Forum in Rome on 5th October 2011. The day will focus on interpreting satellite InSAR data for geohazards and the production of PanGeo products.
